I love dining out. I especially love Italian food. Imagine my surprise when I made this yummy pasta dish....from a box....and it tasted like something I would order at a nice sit-down Italian restaurant!
I recently participated in a new spark from MyBlogSpark. They sent me a goodie box that included 2 sets of bamboo flatware, 2 bamboo plates, a bamboo cutting board, a 100% recyclable grocery bag, and a Good Earth Mediterranean Chicken boxed dinner kit. Everything was awesome!! Thank you, MyBlogSpark, for allowing me to participate in this spark. Now, on to the star of the show...the dinner!
This dinner was AmAzInG. I never thought something from a box could taste so good! Plus, it only took 20 minutes to make. Pair the pasta with some garlic bread and you have a meal fit for a king...er....queen! :) Also, the dinner kit has no artificial flavors, no trans fat, no artificial preservatives, no MSG, and the pasta is 100% whole grain. What more could you ask for?
The kit itself comes with angel hair pasta, cream sauce, Mediterranean seasoning, and seasoned whole wheat flour, The only thing I had to add was chicken, olive oil, water and milk. It's really that simple. And the flavor, well the flavor was just out of this world delicious. Even my hubby loved it (...and this is a hubby that is a pretty picky eater)!

Doesn't this look yummy?? I have to admit, I had the leftovers for lunch today and I believe it was even better today than yesterday. I can't wait to try the other dinner kits! Good Earth also offers these dinner kit flavors: Spicy Citrus Glazed Shrimp with angel hair pasta, Herb Crusted Chicken with mushroom risotto and Tuscan Chicken with penne pasta. YUM!!!
